Responsibilities:

• Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate client appointments, ensuring schedules are optimized to meet both client and clinician availability.
• Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, providing information about services, and addressing concerns promptly and professionally.
• Billing and Insurance Coordination: Assist clients with billing inquiries, verify insurance coverage, and facilitate the processing of insurance claims and payments.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in quality assurance activities, including client satisfaction surveys, to assess service effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Skills

• Proven experience as an office administrator or relevant role (preferred medical office)
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Excellent organizational skills
• Familiarity with office procedures
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Qualifications in administrative and secretarial studies will be an advantage
• High school diploma; BS/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 – 40 per week
