Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean and organized
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference rooms
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Provide support to other departments as needed
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Experience:
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries and complaints professionally
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, copiers, and fax machines
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience with order entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with calendar management software for scheduling appointments and meetings
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills for reviewing documents and correspondence
- Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus
