Role Summary:
Intelli-Tec Security Services, the leader in high-quality custom security solutions, is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Full-Time Accounts Receivable Specialist.
As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will provide valuable support to the Accounting Department with data entry, processing, and recording transactions. A successful candidate is an excellent multitasker with exceptional communication and time management skills.
Pay Range: $20.00 per hour - $24.00 per hour based on education and experience
Responsibilities:
- Gather and sort invoices and checks
- Prepares and enters financial transactions in internal data bases
- Issue customer statements, invoices, or notices as needed
- Assist with reports and records
- Maintain digital and physical financial records
- Billing out invoices for installation and service in ABM
- Posting job cost labor to installation projects
- Collaborate with management to identify issues attributing to account delinquency and propose solutions
- Assist with Accounting tasks as needed, supporting the other members of the Accounting Department
- Associate's Degree
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- 1 years' experience in a professional support role or equivalent military experience
- Bachelor's Degree
