We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Roofing Repair Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in all aspects of roofing repair, including shingles, metal, flat roofs, and more.

This role requires a dedicated individual who can consistently deliver high-quality workmanship, show up reliably for every job, and contribute to the overall success of our team.

Key Responsibilities :

Roofing Repairs : Perform a wide range of roofing repairs, including shingles, metal roofing, flat roofs, and other roofing systems.

Ensure all repairs are completed to the highest standards, with a focus on quality and durability.

Attention to Detail : Exhibit an exceptional eye for detail, ensuring that every aspect of the repair is completed accurately and thoroughly.

Identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.

• Safety Compliance : Adhere to all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, both on-site and in company vehicles.
• Customer Interaction : Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide clear explanations of the work being performed.

Represent the company professionally at all times.

• Team Collaboration : Work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently and to company standards. Be willing to assist in other areas as needed to support the team's overall success.
• Punctuality & Reliability : Show up on time, every time. Be dependable and consistent in your work, with a strong commitment to getting the job done right the first time.
• Ongoing Training : Stay up-to-date with the latest roofing techniques, materials, and industry standards. Participate in company-provided training and development opportunities.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours : 40 - 60 per week

Schedule :

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
• Year round work
