Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 12 years of experience in SAP operations, transformation, or related roles, with a focus on S/4 HANA.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multidisciplinary teams in a complex IT environment.
• Expertise in SAP Basis administration, S/4 HANA migration, security, and release management.
• Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of AWS Cloud infrastructure and its integration with SAP systems is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant certifications in SAP Basis, SAP Solution Manager, SAP Security, SAFe Agile, or related fields are a plus.
