VTC Technician
Rapier Solutions, Inc. is looking to hire a full-time Video Teleconferencing Technician to work onsite at a United States Army Reserve Command direct reporting unit that conducts command and staff operations for U.S. Army Reserve commanders and national decision-makers.
Video Teleconferencing (VTC) Technician will be a crucial member of an enterprise team whose primary responsibility is to support the entire Army Reserve. This position's primary focus will be on implementing and supporting the VTC infrastructure and the continuing development of video stream technology. The success in this position will be heavily dependent on cross-collaboration and partnership with the other IT teams to ensure that we deliver well-thought-out and innovative solutions that create a great customer/client experience.
Essential Job Duties
Provide onsite support personnel that will perform general VTC support, audio/video conference bridge scheduling, facilitation of video rooms, troubleshooting of audio/video related issues, integration and configuration of audio/video endpoints and secure / non-secure ISEC components, reporting, and training.
