- Change Management: Experience driving organizational change and implementing process improvements.
- Affinity for hands-on activities and the ability to identify and solve problems
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher: In a relevant field such as Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Tech Industry Experience (Preferred): Previous experience in the technology/ IoT sector and handling hardware supply chains is a strong plus.
