As an Inside Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and exceeding sales targets. Make outbound sale calls from different platforms
Assist in field related duties for tradeshows and conventions or customer visits
Establish outstanding customer relations - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and qualify prospects
Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about Rapsodo Golf products and services
Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements
Requirements
Bachelor's degree
2-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience
Knowledge and understanding of technology, including but not limited to CRM
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal communication skills
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and excellent organization skills
Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organization
