• Make outbound sale calls from different platforms
• Assist in field related duties for tradeshows and conventions or customer visits
• Establish outstanding customer relations - Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and qualify prospects
• Respond to inbound inquiries and provide information about Rapsodo Golf products and services
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop sales strategies and meet revenue targets
• Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, update customer information, and generate reports
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities
• Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills
• Provide feedback on customer needs, market trends, and product improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-5 years of sales and/or customer service experience
• Knowledge and understanding of technology, including but not limited to CRM
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Resourceful and empathetic problem-solver with good interpersonal communication skills
• Detail-oriented, meticulous, and excellent organization skills
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural organization
