YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE / DISPATCH REP

This in-office position has two available schedules, Monday - Thursday or Friday - Monday.

As a Customer Service / Dispatch Rep, you arrive each day ready to work hard to ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising customer service.

Most of your day is spent in an office environment on the phone or computer. Your friendly and capable demeanor comes through as you receive incoming client calls and dispatch service calls to field technicians.

Over the phone, you inform clients of arrival times and ensure that they are notified ahead of time about any delays. And, as necessary, you reschedule appointments.

You schedule calls in order to provide prompt, convenient service, as well as maximize our field technicians' time and mileage.

You forecast days and weeks ahead to keep all employees working and on track as well as make sure that all job permits are obtained and current.

Either over the phone or face-to-face, you relay work orders, messages, and other information to or from work crews, supervisors, or field inspectors.

You confer with customers or supervising personnel to address questions, problems, or requests. For each work order, you determine the types or amounts of equipment, vehicles, materials, or personnel required.

You feel good ensuring that our clients are satisfied, all parties are well-informed, and everything runs smoothly!

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Associates degree OR equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2 years of dispatch experience for a contractor or home improvement company
  • ServiceTitan experience preferred

Supervisory, customer service, and dispatch experience are preferred but not required. If you can meet these requirements and perform this office job as described above, we would be happy to have you as part of our team!
