We are currently seeking a passionate and talented Social Media Manager with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage our audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing, content, and design teams to create compelling content, manage our social media channels, and analyze performance metrics to optimize our campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with our business goals.
- Manage and oversee daily content creation, scheduling, and posting across all social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube etc.).
- Full ownership and execution of performance marketing via paid social native platforms.
- Work with our production team to create engaging, high-quality content (text, image, and video) tailored to our target audience (50 years old and older).
- Monitor social media channels for trends, feedback, and engagement opportunities.
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing and production teams to plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports to measure the effectiveness of our strategies.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and trends.
- Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and key industry figures.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in paid digital advertising (paid social advertising background preferred)
- Proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager & other emerging social platforms
- Complete understanding of the marketing funnel and how to execute via paid social
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms and their best practices.
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.).
- Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
