Rasmussen Jewelers, a leading specialty retailer of fine jewelry in Utah and Wyoming, is seeking an Assistant Manager for our Rock Springs location. The Assistant Manager will support the Store Manager in various responsibilities and lead the team in achieving store sales goals. Key duties include:

• Achieving store goals
• Community outreach
• Store growth planning
• Administrative work
• Shipping and receiving
• Overall goal planning

Additionally, the Assistant Manager will identify and fulfill customers' jewelry needs while maximizing both personal and store performance.

Responsibilities:

• Build lifetime relationships with customers
• Conduct sales presentations on in-stock or custom jewelry pieces
• Inspect jewelry and quote repair pricing
• Learn features and benefits of various types of merchandise
• Assist with minor watch and jewelry repairs

Experience in the jewelry industry is welcome, but we also encourage those without experience to apply, especially if they are interested in making jewelry a long-term career. We offer comprehensive training and schooling opportunities to help you succeed in this field.

The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training covering all aspects of the retail fine jewelry industry, ensuring they are well-prepared to excel in their role.
