project success. *Key Responsibilities:* * *Smartsheet Expertise:* Serve as the subject matter expert for Smartsheet, providing guidance and support to team members and stakeholders. * *Project Management:* Utilize Smartsheet to manage and track project timelines, resources, and deliverables. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. * *Workflow Optimization:* Design, implement, and optimize Smartsheet workflows to improve efficiency and productivity across projects. * *Data Analysis:* Analyze project data and generate reports to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. * *Training and Support:* Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance team members' proficiency with Smartsheet. * *Collaboration:* Work closely with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure alignment with project goals. * *Problem Solving:* Identify and resolve issues related to Smartsheet usage and project management processes. * *Best Practices:* Stay current with Smartsheet updates and best practices to ensure the organization leverages the latest features and functionalities. *Qualifications:* * *Education:* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus. * *Experience:* Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management with a strong emphasis on using Smartsheet. * *Technical Skills:* Proficient in Smartsheet, with a deep understanding of its features, capabilities, and integrations. Familiarity with other project management tools and software is a plus. * *Analytical Skills:* Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and provide actionable insights. * *Communication Skills:* Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders. * *Problem-Solving Skills:* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proven track record of identifying issues and implementing effective solutions. * *Training Skills:* Experience in conducting training sessions and creating instructional materials. * *Detail-Oriented:* High attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. *Preferred Qualifications:* * Smartsheet Certification. * PMP or other project management certifications. * Experience in [industry-specific experience].
