Rassey, a leading player in the automotive industry, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Entry Level CNC Machinist to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating computer-controlled machines to perform various machining functions, such as drilling, cutting or grinding. As an entry-level position, comprehensive training will be provided to help you develop into a skilled Machinist. Responsibilities- Set up and operate CNC machines to perform machining functions
- Maintain and adjust cutting tools, fixtures and other machinery as required
- Ensure quality control and troubleshoot issues as they arise
- Follow established processes and procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Monitor machine operations and perform regular maintenance as needed
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and other specifications
- Maintain accurate records and complete necessary paperwork
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or in a team
- Hours from 5:30pm - 4am
