We're searching for a Business Process Improvement Manager/Business Development Manager for our client headquartered in Paris with operations in the Gulf Coast Region.

We're looking for a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, constantly on the lookout for ways to enhance operations. In this role, you'll be overseeing operations, ensuring they run seamlessly and efficiently.

Here's what you'll be in charge of:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Analyze current processes and implement improvements to enhance overall productivity in operations.
• Develop and leverage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) strategically to identify areas for improvement, leading the implementation of effective solutions for optimal operational performance in the short and long term.
• Identify opportunities to attract future clients by ensuring the company is prepared for them, and implement strategies to enhance overall performance, strategically positioning the company for success with prospective clients.
• Lead and mentor a team of high-performing professionals across various departments.
• Manage budgets and resources to ensure operational efficiency
• Secure stakeholder buy-in and support for company change through effective communication strategies.
• Cultivate an environment that encourages continuous improvement and collaboration.

What we're looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (MBA is a plus)
• Proven experience leading operations on a high level.
• Strong leadership skills
• A passion for continuous improvement & innovation
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage deadlines effectively.
• Background and experience with Lean principles is a plus
• Ability to speak French is also a HUGE PLUS
