YOUR ROLE IN THE FAMILY:

Sources/engages with reliable suppliers and monitors their performance
Negotiates with suppliers to secure advantageous terms
Review and maintain existing contracts with suppliers to ensure on-going feasibility
Build and maintain long-term relationships with suppliers • Cost out failure notices and obtain reimbursement from suppliers to keep them accountable for performance issues
Approve purchase orders and confirms delivery of goods and services
Performs risk assessments on potential contracts and agreements
Prepares procurement reports to assess spare parts cost and availability
Monitors inventory and writing orders to refill stock
Inspects purchased products upon delivery and reports any issues timely
Updates all records of purchased products
Writes reports on purchases made and performs cost analyses
Attends and contributes to meetings with staff and other stakeholders
Validates and updates all system data as master data, prices etc
Manage direct reports and relationships with cross functional teams
Maintains a safe and secure work environment, including correcting unsafe acts/conditions

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR TO JOIN OUR FAMILY?

Bachelor’s degree in or 10 years equivalent work experience of supply chain management, logistics or business administration
Experience in managing supply chain contracts for equipment/parts/services.
Knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
Previous demonstrated leadership work experience in a team environment.
Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Highly organized and detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
