Role:
To work in conjunction with numerous departments proactively working referrals from our staff via phone, e-mail, video, or text channels.
This position performs outbound calls and emails specific to on boarding and deepening the member relationship.
Knowledge & Skills:

• One year to three years of similar or related experience.
• A high school education or GED.

1. Must have good listening and communication skills.
2. Must be able to operate related computer software and business equipment including Microsoft Office, ten-key calculator, computer, phone, and keyboard skills.
3. Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills while using good judgment.
4. Must be able to make decisions with minimum information.
5. Professionalism in appearance, dress and attitude is a must.
6. Well-organized and attention to detail.
7. Able to meet deadlines and manage projects.
8. Ability to assist and motivate others.
9. Possess strong customer service skills.
