Knowledge & Skills
- One year to three years of similar or related experience.
- A high school education or GED.
- Must have good listening and communication skills.
- Must be able to operate related computer software and business equipment including Microsoft Office, ten-key calculator, computer, phone, and keyboard skills.
- Possess strong problem solving and decision making skills while using good judgment.
- Must be able to make decisions with minimum information.
- Professionalism in appearance, dress and attitude is a must.
- Well-organized and attention to detail.
- Able to meet deadlines and manage projects.
- Ability to assist and motivate others.
- Possess strong customer service skills.
