As a Production Assembler, you would be responsible for using a variety of hand & power tools, fixtures, and test equipment to perform a series of operations to correctly assemble/test all Ravin products.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Works proficiently in 1-2 work stations
• Maintain detailed knowledge of current/future standard operating procedures (SOP’s), 5S program and safety procedures
• Utilize torque wrench/driver and arbor press
• Handle sharp cutting tools/objects
• Utilize basic to intermediate math
• Communicate clearly when issues arise
• Attention to detail
• Operate pallet jack to move packaged products and product components
• Other duties as assigned by Supervisor

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and procedures
• Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements
• Report problems with quality, processes, equipment, and materials to Production Supervisor
• Provide hands on job function training to coworkers as needed
• Maintains a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Production Assembler may be subject to standing long hours with repeated hand/arm motions, bending, lifting (20-30 pounds) and squatting in a manufacturing environment. They must be adept at fine motor skill manipulation with both hands. In addition, they must write, speak, and understand English.
