About Us

Ray, Feighny & Hartle PLLC is a dynamic and growing national law-firm

specializing in Oil & Gas title work and Corporate/Transactional matters. We are seeking a highly

motivated and detail-oriented Corporate/Transactional Paralegal to join our legal team. This is an

excellent opportunity for an experienced paralegal to contribute to a range of corporate, loan

document preparation, real estate, probate, and estate planning matters.

Job Summary

The Corporate/Transactional Paralegal will provide comprehensive support to our

attorneys in various legal tasks, focusing primarily on loan documentation, real estate transactions,

and corporate legal matters. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal

documentation and be proficient in handling corporate matters, loan document preparation and

title company work, such as preparing deeds, affidavits, and other curative matters. Additionally,

this role involves assisting with probate and estate planning work.

Responsibilities

Loan Documentation

  • Assist attorneys in the preparation, review, and management of loan documents.
  • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and organizational policies.
  • Coordinate with lenders and title companies to facilitate the execution of loan documents.

Title Company Work

  • Prepare and review deeds, affidavits, and other curative documents.
  • Assist with resolving title issues and ensuring clear property titles.
  • Coordinate with title companies and other professionals involved in real estate transactions.

Real Estate Transactions

  • Support attorneys in the management and closing of real estate transactions.
  • Conduct due diligence, including title searches and review of property records.
  • Prepare and file necessary documents with relevant authorities.

Corporate Legal Matters

  • Assist with the formation, maintenance, and dissolution of corporations, LLCs, and other
  • business entities.
  • Prepare and file corporate documents, including articles of incorporation, bylaws, and
  • annual reports.
  • Maintain corporate records and minute books.

Probate and Estate Planning

  • Support attorneys in drafting wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.
  • Assist with the probate process, including filing petitions and managing estate administration.
  • Coordinate with clients and beneficiaries to ensure smooth execution of estate plans.

Qualifications

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Paralegal studies or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a paralegal, with a focus on corporate, real estate, probate, and estate planning work.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, principles, and procedures.
  • Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
