**Job Summary:**
The Accounts Receivable Coordinator is responsible for managing Billing, Accounts Receivables, and Cash Receipts under the guidance of the Controller. This role focuses on ensuring accurate reporting of Accounts Receivables and Cash Receipts, timely billing processing, and serving as a backup for various accounting tasks. The incumbent plays a vital role in upholding the organization's mission and values.
**Responsibilities:**
- Lead efficient data collection for invoicing processes.
- Accurately enter invoices, debit/credit memos into accounting software, including Sage Intacct and DHS ROCS billing system.
- Maintain billing data accuracy in Therap and Sage Intacct.
- Resolve accounts receivable reconciliation and collection issues.
- Review past due receivables with the Controller and take necessary actions.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all Cash Receipts in Sage Intacct.
- Prepare reports for monitoring Accounts Receivable.
- Foster effective communication with team members and stakeholders.
- Assist in month-end closings and cross-train in other accounting functions.
- Encourage open dialogue for feedback and suggestions within the team.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and partners.

**Schedule:** Typically daytime hours Monday to Friday with a hybrid work model including in-office presence.
**Education/Certification:**
- Required: High School Diploma.
- Preferred: Associates Degree.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Certification/Licensure: Must successfully complete relevant checks and certifications.
**Experience:**
- Required: 1 year of related field experience.
**Salary:** $60-62k annually
