Responsibilities

• Distribute shop work efficiently as possible by prioritizing work
• Assign work to the correct technician based on training level and A tech B tech methodology
• Review repair orders turned in by technicians to verify assigned work has been completed properly
• Coordinate with parts department for next day appointments
• Monitor warranty schedule and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Personal auto insurance
• Ability to multitask
• Experience preferred but not required
