POSITION OVERVIEW

As a Service Porter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the efficiency of our service department. Your primary responsibilities will include greeting customers in a warm and friendly demeanor, moving cars from to different areas of our dealerships, and assisting with various tasks to support a smooth service department. 

JOB DUTIES: 

1. Greet and Assist Customers: Welcome customers to the service area, providing prompt assistance by directing them to the appropriate service advisor

2. Communication: Effectively communicate with Service Advisors and the Dispatcher to ensure seamless coordination of the service appointments and customer inquires

3. Maintain Service Lane: Keep the service lane clear of vehicles, ensuring a safe and organized environment for customers and staff

4. Property upkeep, identify and address areas requiring attention

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

• No prior experience or training.
• Outstanding communication skills.
• Valid Driver License
• Valid Auto-Insurance
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
