JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide in-depth information online, on the phone, or in person regarding both new and pre-owned vehicles
- Conduct walk arounds with customers demonstrating vehicle features
- Following up on all sales leads
- Answering all online leads "conversations" within dealership time standards
- Maintaining up to date knowledge of all products
- Sells and delivers a minimum number of vehicles per month
- Completes sales order and process paper work in accordance with dealership policies
- Utilizes dealership sales control and follow up systems
- Excellent Customer Service Skills
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 Years experience of face to face or digital sales and customer service experience
- Retail, automotive, banking, cellular sales people are highly encouraged to apply
- Solid communication skills, verbal and written
- Organized and detail orientated
- Valid Driver License
- Personal Auto Insurance
- Aggressive Pay Plans
- Mostly Monday-Friday work weeks, occasional Saturdays required.
