We are an established land development engineering firm providing services to clients in the Northern Virginia / Washington DC metropolitan area. We are currently seeking a dynamic, energetic individual with civil engineering experience to join our multidisciplinary team to prepare site and subdivision plans in accordance with Northern Virginia codes and regulations. The ideal candidate must have strong oral and written communication skills, work well both in a team setting and individually, be able to coordinate with others to meet deadlines, be self-motivated, and possess a "can do" attitude. The successful candidate is expected to prepare plans in compliance with local regulations and codes, conduct site visits, and demonstrate the ability to present technical information in understandable and professional written, verbal, and graphic form.
Minimum Qualifications

• Applicable degree or equivalent experience
• 2 years of relevant experience
• Desire to pursue a PE license
• Experience in the Northern Virginia region is ideal
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and MS Office software
• Proficiency with stormwater management, grading, erosion-siltation, and earthwork
• Ability to accurately layout site and subdivision plans in accordance with local codes
