We are currently seeking a Project Manager for our Cedar Knolls office to manage key client projects. Job
Responsibilities:
Overall management of all aspects of assigned projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Report and escalate project related issues to senior management as needed Manage the client relationships
Perform risk management to minimize project risks Establish and maintain subcontractors and vendors relationships
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long[1]term goals
Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients and the GTL project team
Meet budgetary objectives and make necessary adjustments to achieve those budgetary objectives Job
Requirements:
A Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area
Proven working experience in project management
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Experience with developing and tracking budgets
Ability and Willingness to travel between jobsite and some out of state jobsites
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Project, Excel, Word) and Procore
