We are a dentist recruiting company working with a very reputable and private office that is seeking an associate dentist. They are seeking both a LONG TERM dentist and a TEMP dentist. One is to replace a retiring dentist and the other is to cover maternity leave this summer.
The perm dentist is a full time position and the temporary dentist would be for 3 days a week.
They are requiring at least 1 year's of experience OR a residency completed for this position as the office is pretty busy.
The office has a mix of PPOs and Fee for Service. The office is a state of the art one, with digital x-rays, paperless charting and much more. They have an experienced and long tenured staff of assistants, hygienists and front desk that all work very well together.
General dentistry procedures is all that is required. If proficient in more advanced procedures that is a plus but it is not required. They are ideally seeking an experienced dentist that can practice independently at the office.

Associate Dentist RequirementsDoctor of dental surgery (DDS) or doctor of medicine in dentistry (DMD).
State license to practice dentistry.
CPR certification.
Proven experience working in a dental practice.
The ability to use various dental instruments and equipment.
The ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
The ability to work in a team.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Excellent communication skills.
