About the Role
Raycon is currently seeking a talented and experienced Content Production Manager to the Raycon Creative Team in New York City. Reporting to the Creative Director, the Content Production Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the planning, execution, and optimization of content creation initiatives across various channels, with a focus on direct-response advertisement and User-Generated Content. This individual will lead a team of video editors and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver engaging and impactful UGC that drives customer acquisition and conversion.
This role will report directly to our Creative Director. This is a full-time hybrid role with company benefits based out of our New York City Office.

Base salary offered is determined by a number of factors including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and skills. This role may also be eligible for bonus compensation and employee benefits.
NYC Base Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000 USDFull Time
