Raymond West is looking for a strong Technical Equipment Support Specialist to serve our Call Center. This role serves customers by taking telephone call, email and chat inquires. Provides information by communicating directly with customers to solve problems, answer questions, and give advice and support.

• Responding to customer inquiries and technical requests via phone, email, or Teams chat.
• Troubleshooting issues and providing solutions to customers.
• Documenting and tracking customer issues and resolutions.
• Collaborating with other internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Providing product information and training to technicians/customers as needed.
• Assisting with order processing and warranty claims by qualifying criteria to approve or the denied the warranty claim.
• Participating in product demonstrations and training sessions for technicians/customers.
• Continuous training on new technical company Products
• Ability to take phone calls using company issues cell phone, Teams, or Chime

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent Organizational Time Management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft office Suite and similar software
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
• Must be able to maintain effective working relationships with employees, Co-workers, and Managers in other departments
• Must be willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate and willing to assume more responsibility as required.
• Technical expertise in multiple product lines
• Ability to make sound decisions in to repairing technical equipment.

• Preferred 3-5-years minimum in technical equipment related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• 5% (2 ½ hours a week)
• Must be able to be insured by Raymond West.

• Position is desk bound with light traveling
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• Occasionally required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

Pay Range:

• The hourly range for this position is $31.25 - $40.86. The specific pay offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate's relevant experience, education, and work location.
