We are seeking an engaging individual with strong multi-tasking skills and a passion for working with people. As a Guest Service Representative, you are often the first and last teammate our guests interact with. You will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories. You will be responsible for attending to the needs of our guests during their stay and offering our unconditional satisfaction guarantee.

* Providing information to guests about the local area, hotel services and amenities.

* Handling guest check-in and check-out in an accurate and efficient manner.

* Providing exemplary guest service by demonstrating a personal commitment to making every guest satisfied.
