• Salary range - $65,000-$75,000 based on experience.
• Primary focus will be with maintenance department while also overseeing housekeeping team.

We are seeking an individual with strong multi-tasking skills and a passion for leading others. As an Operations Manager, you will play a key role in creating lasting positive memories by ensuring the hotel is clean and well maintained. You will be responsible for leading the Housekeeping, House Person, Laundry and Maintenance operations of the hotel.

• Recruiting, training and coordinating works schedules for assigned teams.
• Managing the physical building standards through preventative maintenance programs.
• Supporting and coaching the assigned teams on cleanliness, inventory and maintenance strategies.
