This is a hybrid opportunity to lead the buildout of the data analysis and business intelligence department of a Healthcare AI company on track to reduce hospitalizations for 1M patients daily.

You will be working directly with the Office of the CEO to lead global efforts in:

1. Complex SQL Queries → Dashboards buildout: Turning petabytes of health and business data into dashboards that enable data-driven decision making across our most important business functions.
2. Business Intelligence Analysis: Coming up with actionable, data-backed strategies based on the insights your data platform provides visibility into.

As the first hire of this kind, you will be tasked with working on the most impactful data & intelligence projects within our biggest areas of need across our global team, and helping craft our business strategy moving forward.

Desired Qualifications:

• Advanced SQL Querying & Dashboard Building: Strong expertise creating complex SQL queries, working with data warehouses like Snowflake, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Preset.
• Data Analysis: The ability to determine which data is most important to focus on, and to come up with analysis that guides business strategy.
• Healthcare or Startup Experience
• Agility: You will often be responsible for the highest impact data opportunities across the company, which requires a dynamic ability to pivot and adapt.
• Hybrid in West LA: Willingness to work in-office 3 - 4 times a week, in Beach Town West Los Angeles.

Compensation (pending fit):

• Base Salary: $100k - $130k
• Bonuses: Potential for bonuses pending performance
