• Instruct and supervise patients in performing therapeutic exercises and activities
• Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans accordingly
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care and ensure optimal outcomes
• Educate patients and their families on injury prevention, proper body mechanics, and self-care techniques
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, progress notes, and billing information
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in physical therapy techniques and research
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards set by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA)

Qualifications and Skills:

• Valid license or certification as a Physical Therapist in the state you are practicing
• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Demonstrated experience in physical therapy, including internships or clinical rotations
• Strong knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide patient-centered care and collaborate with healthcare professionals
• Ability to effectively analyze and evaluate patients' conditions to develop appropriate treatment plans
• Proficiency in using physical therapy equipment and technologies
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform therapeutic exercises and activities
• Empathy, compassion, and patience when working with patients during their recovery process
