Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced physical therapist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing rehabilitative services to patients who have suffered from injuries or illnesses, helping them improve their mobility and relieve pain.
Responsibilities and Duties:
1. Assess patients' condition and develop individualized treatment plans
2. Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve patients' strength and flexibility
3. Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
4. Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue at home
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in physical therapy
- State licensure as a physical therapist
- CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
