Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to improve mobility, manage pain, and prevent or limit permanent physical disabilities. Your expertise will be crucial in helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Evaluate patients' medical history and physical condition to determine the best course of treatment
- Develop treatment plans that are tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient
- Implement various physical therapy techniques to help improve strength, flexibility, and range of motion
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients on exercises and techniques they can use to continue their recovery at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care
- Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
Qualifications and Skills:
- Doctorate or Masters degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Active state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working with patients of all ages and physical abilities
- Knowledge of the latest physical therapy techniques and technologies
