Job Title: Physical Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to help improve their physical mobility and quality of life. As a Physical Therapist, you will work closely with patients to develop personalized treatment plans and provide skilled therapy services to promote healing and recovery.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients to assess their physical capabilities and limitations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals
• Provide hands-on therapy, exercises, and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and function
• Monitor and track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue therapy at home
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care for patients
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of treatment sessions and patient progress

Qualifications and Skills:

• Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
• Valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist
• Clinical experience in a healthcare setting preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• CPR certification
