Associate's degree in Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited institution2. Valid PTA licensure or certification in the state of practice3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment5. Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and therapeutic techniques6. Physical stamina and dexterity to assist patients with exercises and activities7. Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting patient progress8.
