RBCI Technology Services is Hiring a Program Analyst Near Washington, DC

Position Summary

RBCI is seeking an experienced Program Analyst to join our team providing services to The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) in Washington D.C. The successful candidate will work on the OSDBU Executive Leadership Interdisciplinary Tactical Excellence (ELITE) Support Service contract supporting the Veterans Affairs (VA). The Program Analyst will assist leadership in the support the VA leadership goals and the OSDBU leadership goals. This position will also need to have the skill set to help Correspondence, Contract Management support, and other executive miscellaneous skills. This position is hybrid (3 days a week in office, 2 remote.) The office is a Downtown DC Metro Accessible location.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, process, and track new hire security documents (Onboarding Contractors).
  • Upload security packages for the Investigation Center to complete security clearances.
  • Responsible for the creation of employee information packets for the creation of emails accounts.
  • Assist leadership to research, plan, and manage HR events (such awards, federal training, and social events)
  • Responsible for keeping the company directory up to date.
  • Track and update OSDBU organizational chart for incoming and outgoing personnel.
  • Additional responsibilities as assigned by management.
  • Accesses, prepares, edits, tracks and finalizes over-all enterprise level correspondence and Congressional cases in the VA Salesforce system known as the VA Integrated Enterprise Workflow Solution (VIEWS) used department wide.
  • Research subject matter in accordance with the incoming
  • Routes all incoming correspondence received through VIEWS, emails and postmails to the appropriate OSDBU directorates and other VA Program Offices.
  • Reviews and utilizes appropriate formatting in compliance with VA Style Guide or the Plain Writing Act Guidelines before editor's review.
  • Prepares correspondence packages in accordance with VA Executive Secretary's office guidelines for the VA Secretary or Deputy Secretary's signatures.
  • Tracks and monitors all requests to provide timely response by using the VA OSDBU internal SharePoint system for timely closeout of the cases.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management/Administration, Finance, or related field from an accredited school.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Excellent communication, business analytical and problem- solving/trouble shooting skills.
  • Effective Customer Service and management skills/capabilities; including a demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally (internally) and/or externally.
  • Strong English language skills (both written and verbal) High level of drive, ability to work as a member of a team and carry development workload.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
  • Candidate must be a US Citizen and be able to acquire and maintain a government security clearance.
