• This job is responsible for a substantial portion of RC Willey’s merchandise inventory. Your job is to supply the merchandise line-up so our customers to get what they want, when they want, while limiting excess inventory
• You will work with Buyers, vendors, and associates in different parts of the company as you make decisions about how much inventory to buy, when to buy it, and where to ship it
• You will learn about upcoming advertisements and promotional events
• Work closely with our vendors, warehouse associates, store associates, and the Traffic department as you manage the flow of merchandise
• You will be expected to keep pressure on our vendors to maintain reliable service and supply of inventory
• You will work with numbers as you forecast sales and keep track of ordering constraints, vendor supply, and inventory within RC Willey for particular types of merchandise
• We will teach you about inventory planning, forecasting, and about proven work methods that will help you succeed
• You will learn from Buyers how merchandise is bundled and merchandised in different ways that impact the rate of sale and eventually are closed out
• You will join a department that will support your learning and professional growth
• All other duties as assigned

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
• Must be able to work as a team with coworkers to accomplish daily goals
• Must be able to type at least 45 wpm and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
• Must be dependable, self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision
• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products

We provide onsite training and one on one coaching from our support staff. Overtime may be required depending on workload. To help keep our employees and customers safe, we perform a criminal background check and drug screen.
