- Install, maintain and replace phones, VISA terminals, thin clients, printers, RDTC’s, RF Guns and system connectors, cables, wiring and all communication/networking equipment
- Troubleshoot, analyze and diagnose problems with data lines, analog and digital phone lines, RDTC’s, VISA terminals, RF systems, printers, PC’s
- Inventory, distribution and replacement of data-processing supplies (printer ribbons, toner cartridges, cables, connectors, etc.)
- Resolve user problems or refer to appropriate staff person
- Will need to be able to travel to outlining company locations
- All other duties as assigned
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required
- Good driving record required
- Must be able to work alone or under minimal supervision
- Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds
- Will need to use ladders and have lift certifications
- Computer skills needed
- Some travel required. Will need to obtain DOT medical card
