Will be required to complete an on-site skills test. Must meet all requirements in order to be considered for the position.

Property management company in search of a maintenance member with the following:

• Has experience doing flooring, drywall work, and roofing. (2 to 3 years)
• Can take accurate measurements for existing or future jobs.
• Can assist in painting and plumbing duties.
• Lifting over 80lbs.
• Participates in an ongoing property improvement plan and preventative maintenance program.
• Must be prompt, on time to work, and have good, regular attendance.
• Maintains courteous and helpful demeanor with residents, prospective residents, co-workers, and vendors.
• Will be on call one week a month for any emergency service tickets that come through.
• Ability to use common tools such as hammers, saws, drills, and wrenches
• Strong work ethic and eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Must possess the ability and tools to repair water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
• Knowledge to perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
• Complete work orders and forms to ensure all documentation regarding operations of maintenance equipment is completed properly.

Actual Pay is based on experience.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
