  • Application Assistance: Help clients complete application forms and navigate the application process for benefits they are eligible for.
  • Advocacy: Advocate on behalf of clients to ensure they receive the benefits and services they are entitled to.
  • Resource Referral: Provide referrals to other community services and resources that may benefit clients, such as healthcare providers, legal services, or vocational training programs.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, benefit applications, and outcomes.
