RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in the outpatient/wellness setting for 25 hours per month.

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: approximately 6 per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday
License/Certification: Registered Dietitian (Required)
Ability to Commute: Fontana, CA (Required)
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Fontana, CA

- Provide nutrition services emphasizing education and behavior change at community center location.
- Conduct nutritional assessments and offer recommendations to meet facility requirements.
- Document assessments and interventions in medical records.
- Educate patients and/or family members on nutritional needs.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary meetings and provide staff education as needed.
- Adhere to facility policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality and respecting patient rights.
- Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) registration.
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
