I am interested in a contractor that come with their own team with a minimum of 3 people. Services need to be provided in Berkley, CA on Tuesdays and in Concord, CA on Monday and Wednesday in the morning weekly.

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and maintaining outdoor spaces. This role involves various tasks related to lawn care, hardscaping, tree care, and groundskeeping.

Responsibilities:

- Perform lawn care maintenance including mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Irrigate lawns and plants as needed
- Utilize power tools for landscaping tasks
- Assist with tree care and pruning
- Participate in snow plowing activities during winter months
- Maintain grounds by cleaning up debris and ensuring a tidy appearance
- Contribute to hardscaping projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls
- Digging and planting flowers, shrubs, and trees

Experience:

- Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping preferred
- Familiarity with operating power tools for outdoor maintenance
- Knowledge of irrigation systems and techniques
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
- Experience with snow plowing is a plus
