• Acts as onsite team lead over contractor team. Is knowledgeable in financial management practices, accounting laws and regulations, and process improvement.
• Assists in development of IC-specific directives standards, and guidance to formalize solutions as best practices.

Assist in evaluating, modifying, writing, and publishing policies, legislations or audit standards governing financial management requirements.Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or finance
• Licensed Certified Public Accountant
• Minimum of ten (10 ) years of experience working with Federal financial statement auditing, internal controls compliance, and/or Federal financial statement preparation and analysis
• Minimum of ten (10 ) years of experience working with the Federal Government with at least five to seven (5-7) years of experience with one or more of the Intelligence Community (IC) members or experience working with the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) specifically related to cover and classified requirements

Desired

• Master’s business, accounting, or finance
• Certified Government Financial manager or Certified Defense Financial Manager desired but not required
• IC and DFAS experience need not be concurrent

More than 8-10 years of experience with the IC and or Federal Government, or private sector
