• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent degree
• 3 years of Information Technology and Systems experience.
• 3 years of experience implementing or managing financial systems for Federal agencies, departments, or private sector
• 1 years of experience with Momentum, Oracle Financials, or People Soft

Desired

• Master’s Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent degree OR

Business, Information Technology or equivalent degree and 7 years of relevant experience
