- Perform general ledger maintenance.
- Pull and create files, make copies, and re-file backup for various projects.
- Open and sort mail for the accounting department.
- Assist Investment Accounting group with day-to-day activities as needed.
- Support special projects for the accounting department.
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent work experience required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel software required.
- Strong attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrates a service-oriented attitude.
- Ability to interact with all levels of management in a professional corporate environment.
- Uncompromised commitment to the highest level of confidentiality.
- General ledger experience is preferred.
