Do you have a keen eye for detail and a desire to launch a rewarding career in procurement?

We're seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a Material Procurement Specialist. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our projects run smoothly by efficiently sourcing and acquiring the materials we need.

Responsibilities:

Identify and source materials required for remodeling projects by examining quotes, contracts, and diagrams.
Utilize and become expert using multiple vendor’s ordering platforms.
Efficiently order materials from vendor, process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
Track material deliveries and manage inventory levels.
Communicate effectively with internal departments (Sales, Production) and external vendors.
Serve as a knowledge resource for materials, inventory, and ordering.

Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in residential construction (kitchen and bath preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
General knowledge of construction materials and methods
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
