We're seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our growing team as a Material Procurement Specialist. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring our projects run smoothly by efficiently sourcing and acquiring the materials we need.

Responsibilities :

• Identify and source materials required for remodeling projects by examining quotes, contracts, and diagrams.
• Utilize and become expert using multiple vendor’s ordering platforms.
• Efficiently order materials from vendor, process purchase orders and maintain accurate records.
• Track material deliveries and manage inventory levels.
• Communicate effectively with internal departments (Sales, Production) and external vendors.
• Serve as a knowledge resource for materials, inventory, and ordering.

Qualifications :

• 2-5 years of experience in residential construction (kitchen and bath preferred)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• General knowledge of construction materials and methods
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
