Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Lead Setter to join our team. A Lead Setter answers phones, sets appointments and greets showroom walk-ins. The successful candidate will be exceptionally friendly, provide customer service, as well as handle administrative tasks. Duties
- Greet and welcome showroom walk-ins in a professional manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Manage the front desk, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries.
- Utilize computer systems to manage appointments, maintain accurate records, and perform administrative tasks.
- Provide customer support, addressing any concerns or questions in a friendly and professional manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized showroom and office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for visitors.
- Utilize computer skills to update records, manage calendars, and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing and scanning documents.
- Perform other duties as required by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficiency in office management and administrative tasks.
- Strong computer literacy skills. Typing is a requirement.
- Ability to manage calendars and phone systems.
- A friendly and professional demeanor, with the ability to work well under pressure.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
-Must pass a stringent background test.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
