Qualifications / Requirement - 2 years of experience in the repair and maintenance of LOCKS, DAMS AND SWING / DRAW-Bridges. Managing personnel performing this type of work.

This is a Supervisory Role. There are multiple shifts to account for.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Superintendent/Quality Control Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate must have minimum of two (2) years’ experience supervising personnel engaged in lock and swing/draw-bridge operations, maintenance, and repair activities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols
• Manage and oversee quality assurance activities
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications
• Collaborate with project managers to address quality issues promptly
• Utilize software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera for quality control documentation
• Interpret schematics and blueprints to verify construction accuracy
• Ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

• Previous experience with lock and swing/draw-bridge maintenance and repair
• Driver's License
• OSHA 30 Certification
• Proven experience in construction management and quality control
• Ability to manage and lead a team effectively
• Familiarity with industry software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, HeavyBid, and Primavera
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols
• Strong analytical skills to assess project quality
